Most bridal gowns are made specifically for each bride after the order is placed, making returns or exchanges impossible once the order is placed. Before your order is finalized, your stylist will review your gown, size recommendation, color, customizations, and all important details with you. We encourage every bride to ask questions and feel completely confident before completing her purchase. Our goal is for you to fully understand the process so you can move forward with excitement and peace of mind.
