To help you decide and prepare, we’re breaking down exactly what happens during your appointment here at Wendy’s. From beginning to end, our team creates a relaxing and enjoyable experience, ensuring your appointment runs smoothly and efficiently to allow every bride to find the perfect dress.
Each bridal appointment has a 90 minute allotment. We highly encourage you to bring your most important people with you, because at least 80% of our brides find their dress during their first visit! But don’t worry—we get it! Perfection can’t be rushed, and some brides need a little more time than others to come to a final decision, so return appointments are offered as needed!
Once we make sure we have your contact information correct, your stylist will give you an overview of how the store is laid out, so you know where you’re going when you start looking. Your stylist will also ask you a few questions about what you’re looking for or any styles you like, so that she knows what she should be looking for to best help you.
To start the appointment, all brides are given three colored clips to place on dresses she finds aesthetically pleasing. These dresses are tried on first, giving your stylist a good idea of what you like, what you dislike, and what styles and silhouettes fit you best.
Based on your reactions to your first three dresses, your stylist will start pulling dresses she thinks will be a good fit, but don’t be afraid if she pulls something out of your comfort zone. Some brides can find an unexpected style or silhouette that they may end up loving! Our stylists have years of experience under their belts, making them extremely knowledgeable about our inventory, and they will bring all of this knowledge to personalizing your shopping experience perfectly. Shopping for style and budget, she’ll suggest the dresses she sees you loving the most, and will never pull something outside of your price range without your consent.
While shopping, our stylists can answer any questions you may have about the gowns, and can even suggest customization options you may not have known were available.
